Microsoft Reveals 3 New Features of Windows Phone 8

In the middle of the launch of smartphone Nokia Lumia 820 and Lumia 920, Microsoft is using the moment to unveil three new features in the operating system Windows Phone 8.

Windows Phone 8 now has the ability to capture screenshots, something that previously did not exist in the version of the operating system Windows Phone 7.

Display boxes that can be arranged

Display boxes on Windows Phone 8 operating system can now be arranged at the user. Previously, the Windows Phone 7 version, display boxes can only be set in two sizes, ie, square and rectangular.

In Windows Phone 8, the size of the box can be made smaller, longer, or wider.

Renewal camera software

Camera software updates on Windows Phone 8 provides an instant effect and panorama features that use Microsoft's Photosynth application technology.

The camera application is also accompanied by a burst mode, which lets users take a lot of photos endlessly by holding the shutter button. After many taking photos, the camera software can give advice best photos.

There is also Nokia City Lens. If the camera is shooting an object, the application can tell the location information. Nokia City Lens combines augmented reality technology (AR) with a digital map service Nokia Map.

On that occasion, Nokia also showcased a third-party camera apps. There is a Smart Shoot that allows users to remove objects perceived ruin. Then Cinemagraph, where the user can add a little bit animated on the photo.
